IT IS A METHOD OF BODY DEVELOPMENT, WHICH TENDS TO REMOVE MENTAL BLOCKS AND PHYSICAL SPASMS THROUGH FREE MOVEMENT AND DISCOVERING NEW IDEAS 
ABOUT YOUR BODY .

The workshop aims: 

  • to teach you how to develop connection between your mind and body through the holistic dance movements;

  • to expand awareness of your body, its capabilities and features;

  • to pay attention on inner experiences and sensations;

  • to remove mental spasms and clamps.

Neurographic art

THIS IS A CREATIVE METHOD OF WORKING WITH THE SUBCONSCIOUS

In the process of creating a neurographic effect, you change the impression about your problem / task, and as a result, your thinking changes. A new neural connection is formed with the new scenario. The subconscious begins to look for resources and opportunities for the realization of what is desired.

This technique helps to find the ways out of seemingly the most confusing situations in the life.

An important aspect is that by drawing attention to this technique of working with the subconscious, a person again begins to listen to himself, to the body. 

Therapeutic Photography 

THIS PRACTICE IS A VERY INTENSE PROCESS TO HEAL ALL PARTS OF HUMAN LIFE.

Discover through your own experience how photography can be therapeutic for mental health, along with a great way to start the conversation if you are struggling to begin talking about what you’re going through. 

The purpose of Therapeutic Photography is working with triggers of the past, personal prejudice and emotional reactions for changing destructive behavior patterns.

Since these techniques are about photography as emotional communication, no prior for the client's experience with cameras or the photographic arts is needed.

Therapeutic photography technique include:

CHINESE TEA CEREMONY IS A MEDITATIVE PRACTICE ABOUT NURTURING BODY AND SOUL, PURIFYING THE MIND.

The way of tea.

The ceremony devotes particular care to the fine teas, clean water, heat control, tea sets and the peaceful environment.

While preparing and drinking the tea we also learn and understand the traditional Chinese culture which is teach us to be in a peasful present moment. The tea teach us to feel slow changes of our state of mind during the practice. 

We could say that tea ceremony improves our aesthetic standards and edifies our sentiments (thoughts and feelings).

 

 All guests after the ceremony leave inspired, calm, sensitive and with an expanded state of consciousness.
